Hi..., If you take the morning-after pill within 72 hours of intercourse, it is not possible for you to get pregnant, However, different pills have different dosages, consult your gynaecologist and follow the full course. But the morning-after pill is only an emergency pill. It is not to be used regularly as a contraceptive....nausea and vomiting are the most common side effects...
