Since you took a contraceptive, which are high hormonal dosage pills, it might be a reason behind low blood pressure and vomiting. If the condition worsen, consult a gynecologist for further evaluation. Also, do a urine pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy. You can also visit my clinic International Fertility Centre located in New Delhi for further evaluation. Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  No. They are not necessarily a sign of pregnancy. When is your periods due? Because 4th day doesn't mean anything. You can just wait for your periods and if it doesn't come, take a urine pregnancy test.  You can consult a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
