Continuous up and down in platelets
My baby who is 19 month old investigated NS1 Positive on 16 Nov. Her platelets were 260000 at the time. Next day it decreased to 224000.again it incresed*247000 but today it is 199000. She has no fever from last two days. What are these symptoms and what should I do. She is in hospital from the day she got dengue
