Bleeding from your gums is a common condition and most likely related to plaque and calculus accumulation. The most likely treatment protocol would be deep cleaning or curettage done as soon as possible. However depending upon visualizing the changes on your xray the treatment may differ.
Health Tips
Luke warm water and salt rinses would be beneficial even now though there maximum effect would be post the treatment.

There are many reasons why your Gums can bleed. But one of the most common reasons is Tartar.
Tartar is a hard yellow - black particle which adheres to to the teeth.
I’d suggest please get a Scaling and Polishing done first and of bleeding persist then we can get into further investigations
