Continuous fever even after paracetamol
My 1.5 year old son is having continuous fever. We are giving him paracetamol and ibuprofen 3.5 ml 3 times a day. After giving medicine he remains okay for 2-3 hours and then he again starts having fever.

What is the total duration of fever? Are there any other complaints other than fever? Usually any viral fever lasts for 3-5 days. If for more than 3 days, we will need to investigate for the cause. During fever, consider sponging with regular water. Don't use cold water.
Next Steps
Schedule an appointment for examination or visit your pediatrician if complaints are persistent.
