Continuous chest pain

Asked for Male, 21 Years

Hi doctors I am experiencing chest pain shoulder pain neck pain for the past few months I took all the cardiac test ecg echo tmt all came out normal but because of continuous chest pain I'm going for CT coronary angiogram My doubt is can CT angiogram trigger heart attack or does it have other side effects.
