Continuous bleeding for 3 months

Asked for Female, 42 Years

Im having m period for 3mos now. 1st month was just spottings then it goes to light. on thr 2nd month thr bleeding continuous but ut turns to moderate. i consulted an obgyne my papsmear was clear and as to my ultra sound. on thr 3rd month its really heavy with blood clot smaller than my palm and thr blood looks really fresh.
