Continuous bleeding after iPill

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I took an ipill on 28th Aug and got my periods on 18th Sep. The flow was initially light dark brown spots but it suddenly increased after a week and a weird lumpy mass was discharged. The Beta HCG showed falling trend in 48 hrs (378 to 233). And the USG showed empty uterine cavity. Although the bleeding has reduced now but not stopped. The USG also showed mild PCOD. I am not sure if a D & C procedure is required after this episode.
