Continuius pain above Penis Area

Hi, I am facing some pain in the spot above penis and below belly.I am recently masturbating for 2 to 4 times daily ... Now for the last few days Iam having this pain. Iam very much afraid about this. I dont have any issue in urinating but when i to control peeing I am Facing much more pain in the same spot . Plus some pain in the lower back Sometimes ... PLease Help me Doc. Reply ASAP
