Continuation of calcium suplement intake
Hi, my aunt was diagnosed and treated for cancer in her oesophagus in 2016. She has been  on liquid diet - mostly milk based - since then. She has been taking her medications sincerely post treatment. Last year, to suppress pain in her muscles, a doctor asked her to take supplement calcium - ShelCal-HD - and it was very relieving for her. Recently we were informed that excessive intake of calcium can result in stones, and since the pain was no more, we discontinued. This resulted in the revival of the pain. Should we resume the supplement, and at what frequency?
