Continously Falling Ill

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Hello doctor! I have been falling ill continuously.. Earlier fever used to come once in six months that too normal but now it is coming very frequently n also lasts long Moreover i have some type of clotting on chest Also m unable to gain weight even after taking care of diet.. & despite the weight is reduced to 42 kgs from avg 45kgs Also there are sometimes breathing issues
