  3. Continous fever. So what we should do?

We don't understand why he is getting so much fever still if everything is clear in many of the reports conducts so what we should do ?? He smokes alot and he have small diabetic condition also which we discovered recently when he has continuous fever of about 102 f.please help me back and suggest me to consult which department
