Content lower back pain for over 4 years
I hurt my back over 4 years ago since I've been in constant pain I've had an mri done in 2014 and shows I've bulging disc I've had injection 3 times but only get few weeks relive I've had an mri in 2016 that's shows disc pressing on s1 nerve root leg gets cold pins and needles feeling and darting pain from my back right down my leg to my knee the pain is unbearable at times I'm on painkillers but I'm not getting any better 4 years in constant pain could you tell me what would help me please
