My Son he is going to gym and have developed good physics he follows his deith with eating chicken daily and taking protein powder twice a day but from beginning when he wakes up in the morning he is having sever cold it's a daily process we have consulted doctor he treated with anti allergy tab but only for that period he gets relief but as he stops taking tablet the problem occurs again pls advise me permanent and proper medicine
