I just delivered a baby. He is 2 months. Post pregnancy I have been taking beta carotene n selenium anti oxidants supplements along with calcium. I am completely breast feeding. I hope this will not affect my baby.
Also my baby has atropic dermatitis after 10 days of his birth

No,it won't cause any harm,though benefits to you are doubtful!!!
For dermatitis,apply elovera cream twice a day,use pears or dove soap for bathing,and keep skin moist by applying a mixture of equal parts of glycerin and rosewater or lime juice after giving bath everytime.
