I am suffering from pcod and also have been diagnosed renal cortex cyst of 3 cm. I am on medications for pcod and prolactin increase. I got my urine test done as I had recurring fever Upto 100 for almost a week and I dont understand the next step . I am attaching my reports .please get back to me as early as possible.

Well for urinary tract infection you need to be started in the antibiotics which you are sensitive to and maintain hygiene...to pcos..yes definitely you need to loose weight as it will automatically settle your hormonal imbalance...you need to bring about diet modifications... exercise regularly...you may also require metformin if there is less glycemic control and also ocps to regularise your periods...thank you
