Constipation to my baby

Hi , iam mother of 2 months old baby . My baby weight is 3.8 grams .. The problem is iam giving medicine to my baby which is tonoferon drops 0.5 ml daily once , I have been using this medicine my baby has constipation and he didn't pass the stool easily some times he is crying while passing the stool , so what I do please suggest me .
