Constipation problem

Asked for Female, 28 Years

My baby girl is 2 months 9days old and since 1month she is not passing poop herself she has to be given glycerine (dulcoflex) into her anal opening after every 2-3days. She is gassy and has pain in stomach. She is breast fed with one top feed.
