Constipation
My baby is 18 months old.. For the past one week he is constipated.. Passing hard stools.. Am giving more water... He is passing more urine but motion is tight.. Sometimes passing motion two days once.. Can I give guava, Curd for constipation?? What are the dietry fiber I have to include in his diet?? Will apple and wheat make the baby constipated??? Am giving daily orange juice.. Important doubt : will aavin milk make the baby constipate?? He will give 250 ml everyday.. What are the foods I have to give for the baby to have good bowel movements??

Stop bottle feeding, reduce milk intake to 250 ml per day. Instead of juice give fruit either whole or mashed. If doesn't help, consult paediatrician online

Reduce milk intake to about 400ml/24hours maximum ( more than this will increase constipation issue) Give fibre rich diet Vegetables/fruits more in quantity Stop bottle feeding if you are using (it will reduce milk intake to great extent) Give all other normal home made fresh foods / avoid commercial products

Give spinach soup in diet, soked black current water, fiber diet like carrots, cucumber etc
