Constipation in infants & lactulose
My baby is 3 months and 22 days old. She is passing stool in 3-4 days which is causing her pain and she cries a lot. Can i give lactulose solution (lactolook syrup) to her?

Preferably do not give any oral laxative .increase your intake of fruits and vegetables and take plenty of fluids.that will improve the motions in the baby too. Abdominal massage also helps.
