I am suffering from constipation during pregnancy period after taking isaphgul at night next day morning hard stool pass out that become painful and swollen anus area

Drink plenty of water and use fibre containing food .You can use isaphgul daily .If more pain and swelling around anus meet to gynaecologist and discuss with her.She will prescribe some ointment for local application.
