Constipation
Hi my baby boy is 9 months old Since last 7 days he didn't pass stool and not yet drinkng required water also... I tried giving natural way as..ajwin water,warm water as so . Plz advise what shld to b done...

Is he able to pass gas/flatus ? Its okay to wait as long as there is no abdominal pain & distension Major remedy is make him drink water like lots of water, if he is adequately hydrated you will see him passing soft stools like in 1-2days *Dont use any laxatives/ OTC products with out proper consultation from Pediatrician

Hi. Please check thyroid levels for the child. Also give green leafy vegetables, fruits, plenty of water. Stop giving cows milk. If formula milk is used, use correct dilution of water. If Constipation still persist, consult a paediatrician

Give him plenty of oral fluids, feed him with fibre rich foods like apple , riped banana, green leafy vegetables, beans ….
