Constipation for baby

Good noon doctor , my daughter is 5 month old shes having constipation and grunts alot while breastfeeding also she didn't pass stool for 3 days given colicaid drops ( 5 drops ) around 1:00 So can I give her neopeptine drops now ? Please help thank you

Can try apple/ prune juice if bloating of stomach, discomfort or hard stool
