Constipation
Eating low carb diet to manage sugar levels and is well managed. Hba1c is now 5.8. But often feel constipated.. pls advice on this issue

Have increased and fibre, salads, green vegetables fruits sprouts. Plenty of fluids. Do 1 to 2 Hour excercises daily with morning walk in sunlight, for best control of blood sugar.
