Constipation & urine reflux in kidney

My 11 months baby having constipation & urine reflux in kidney...she is suffering a lot while passing motion...and I consulted my pediatric ...and he made a scan & told that kidney urine reflux & constipation .problem..and he Gaven emty & Smuth syrup with 7ml at night & Gaven septran syrup 2 ml at night ...and feeding cow milk for my baby...can any one help for my baby...?

Need to know scan report of reflux.
For constipation start increasing fibrefibre intake water and medicibe that you already giving
