Constant white discharge,vaginal itching

Question

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Had unprotected intercourse just at the end of previous cycle. Took ipill within the mentioned period. 15-16 after taking the ipill, started brown bleeding for 2-3 days. Now 7 days already late of the current cycle. Seeing White thick discharge since last 7-8 days, feels like period is starting but then it's the white discharge only. I feel bloated. Please suggest what can be the issue.
