Vomiting can be due to gastritis when associated abdominal pain will be there. If associated with dizziness the cause may be nerve dysfunction. Vomiting with jaundice can be due to hepatitis. Weakness can be due to low BP.

You may need thorough examination and investigation. Hospitalization and IV fluids may be needed.
