I'm having vaginal pain from last 15days. My periods is irregularly and I'm also suffering from kidney stone. But now pain is unbearable in vagina.

If it is unbearable you should immediately consult a gynaecologist to find out the cause and so that proper treatment can be given . It is v difficult to diagnose without examination as it could be due to a number of causes.
