Feeling a group of veins in left testes and it being small, is an issue that can be judged only by a surgeon. Visit a general surgeon and let him evaluate you. You can also visit a Urologist and get help. If the testes is small it is OK, But if the veins are large and causing pain on standing it could be a sign of varicocoele, that is increased size of the veins in the scrotum. This needs attention as it is causing pain to you. The solid mass which you feel on top of right testes is the epididymis , which is an special part of testes containing the tubes which transport sperms. testes ate meant to cause pain when pressed, so do not worry. Meet a urologist ASAP. Nature has made man to have his testes outside his body to reduce the temperature there and thus help in sperm production. varicocoele can reduce sperm production by altering the local temperature, thus your fertility may be affected if you dont take things seriously.
Next Steps
If are are going to take time to seek medical attention, the varicocoele may be more difficult.
Health Tips
