Constant stomach/intestinal aches

Asked for Male, 16 Years

Ok so yesterday my stomach started cramping up and hurting around 2 am and lasted until I fell asleep at 3, and then when I woke up at 4 my insides were in extreme pain. It hurt really bad to move and walk around but I eventually made it to my bed where I started shaking extremely violently for no reason; I wasn't cold or scared or anything, I was just shaking. Eventually I fell asleep but all today my insides have been hurting not as much as yesterday except for my lower right corner hurt more
