Constant stomach ache

Asked for Female, 37 Years

Hello , my friend is having constant stomach ache and not feeling good having any food , after eating she started to feel heavy stomach and got her engography done and shown swollen intestine also she feel sleepy most of the time and due to lack of eating feel weakness too. Please suggest what should we do.
