Constant spotting.

Asked for Female, 38 Years

I am unmarried. I am taking prizal 5 mg and femovan for fibroids and endometrioma since DEC 4 cintinuously. Everything was OK till 29 Jan . but after that I found that I was spotting and then the spotting was heavy. Dr suggested me progynova 2 mg twice a day for 7 days. Now I am having periods. R my medicines not working. Pls help
