Sir i fill chest pain since 1 or 1.5 years. My left side chest is always painfull tightness habiness sharp discomfort. When i listen dad news lot of money loudsoud than my chest is habiness and i filling heart rate increases and chumbhan in chest. My xray ecg echo hiv hbsag cbc plate report are normal. Now i take tryptomer 25 mg and acliloc rd tablet. Its is heart problems or anxiety problem. I am 33 yrs male.pls help me.
