Constant slight pain in right testie

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I am having slight pain in my right testie where the sperm duct is attached to it for last 7 days especially at night or when i lay down to rest. I have consulted a urologist and he has prescribed me medicines like Qurozyme, clavam 625, Rapeed 20 and trptomer. THe same problem occured a year ago but the pain got subdued in 4-5 days.
