Constant severe back pain

Asked for Female, 21 Years

For 6 days I have had back pain in my lower back in the same spot. It never stops. I tried several things to try to ease the pain. It is swollen a little where the pain is constant but the pain does kind of spread sometimes across my entire lower-mid back and sides. I went to the doctor I told them sverhthing and they checked for a uti that was clear and they told me it was muscle spasms. The muscle relaxers & steroids give me NO relief. Could they be wrong? They didn’t even really examine me.
