Constant piercing Lung pain

Asked for Male, 19 Years

For a week or so I’ve been experiencing a piercing pain in the top of my right lung, it is a constant pain and worsens when I inhale deeply. The skin of my chest is sore to touch and irritated. There is also a numb tingling sensation that has spread into my right arm and up to my neck, aswell as stiffness in my shoulder.
