Constant periods problem

Asked for Female, 18 Years

Since my periods until now i have problem with my menstrual cycle. atleast time gap of 5 to 6 days before my last period. so much blood flow and periods of 5 to 6 days. sometimes i also feel pain in my anus area. i had consuled homeopathic doctor but medicine doesn't work. please help me i'm very lean my weight is only 40kgs and my present age is 18yrs. i feel so weak at the time and after my periods
