I have PCOS and I have prolonged periods. Usually lasting all month. The doctor gave me tranexamic acid to stop this. But does tranexamic acid affect fertility? As I’m trying to get pregnant

Tranexamic acid does not effect fertility. If u hv prolonged period nd are trying to be pregnant rule out pregnancy also. Also u need to regularuze ur cycles and then only try conceiving.
