Constant Pain under right rib

I'm not sure what to do as I've had extremely bad pain under my right rib for 3 days in a row now. The pain is constant and feels achy, sort of sharp and crampy. It's really difficult for me to sleep and I'm quite nauseous. It doesn't hurt when I touch but when I apply pressure it doesn't get any better either. I've tried some pain killers and I've
