Constant pain under right breast,shiveri

Asked for Female, 45 Years

My mother suffered heavy and prolonged menstrual bleeding after which she took prescribed medication which stopped her bleeding but bleeding starts again if medication is stopped. meanwhile she slipped one day and had a minor injury just below her right knee which she ignored. but 3-4 days after that she started to suffer from this occasional pain under her right breast, also her right arm and shoulder feels numb at times. She also complains that she feels cold even when its march and no need to wear woolens. we have had many tests, ultrasounds but haven't got anything rigid to treat. please suggest something as its been 4 months and we're really concerned.

this could be due to some muscle pull, or gastritis . she would need some muscle relaxants and gastric medicines. also get her vitamin d levels checked. sometimes ribs are the first to pain in vitamin d deficiency
