Constant Pain in the legs below knees
I am feeling this pain from almost 2 years. pain feels mild in morning time but as I start my day it gets worse. I sit for long hours most of the time in office and it hurts when I get up.have tried different shoes for some relief in my foot and do some basic stretching exercises for temporary relief.but worried about the cause and how to go about its treatment.i am a smoker and want to quit it...as physical activity I do swimming In summers for 30 mins.6 days a week.and walk regularly whenever I have to go to market nearby.please advise something! Thanks
