I've been having pain in my teeth from last couple of days and now it has increased very much that I could not even eat anything and even I cannot sleep with this kind pain. I visited a dentist, he suggested that there is a decay in one of my teeth and told me to remove the decay and fill it again with cement. What should I do? please suggest.

If there is decay in the teeth and you are having pain in night, it is suggestive of condition called irreversible pulpitis. In this condition, teeth decay has been extended into pulp tissue with irreversible damage to tissue. Root canal treatment is needed in this case if the tooth structure is not extremely damaged . Feeling wont stop the pain.
Next Steps
kindly visit the endodontist for the same.
Health Tips
avoid biting from that side. kindly visit endodontist as early as possible as delay may cause more destruction of tooth structure

If this much pain is there then it's nerve must be exposed . Then treatment would most probably be root canal. But exactly cn only tell after looking at the X-ray.
