Dear sir I am facing sevier pain in my neck , shoulders,arms and finger since last two years, so kindly help me out .It is effecting my daily routine.

Hi nothing to worry,it may be cervical radiculopathy initially you need physio IFT for 5days and cervical traction for 5days you will become fine.
Next Steps
avoid continuous sitting in computer and head bath.
