Constant pain in lower leg
I have been suffering from pain in lower left leg below knee. pain oscilates between knee and ankle and after any physical activity becomes very severe. Pain is mainly on inner side near bone. I have an active lifestyle including running and gyming.

Young age active guys who does gym and who run mostly they experience lower leg pain due to tightness of muscles. Proper warm up, stretches an cool down will help you.
