Constant pain in lower abdomen near uter
My wife is 33 years old and two kids 8 and 2 years respectively. Both were c sec. Now due to pain she did scan. Main points are 1: Uterus is anteverted and buly measures 75*36*55mm. 2:left ovary measure 27*17mm shows a hypoechoic follicular cyst measuring 13*12 mm 3:Post void residual urine of 38cc. Above 3 are the highlighted points. Please provide more inputs as I cannot make out if the situation is bad or normal
