Constant pain in left side of chest.

Question

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I am feeling some sweet pain (light) since one year in left side of chest. In extreme cold area I felt high pressure on middle of the chest. Echo test is normal. ECG normal. Chest x ray is normal But blood pressure is sometimes high . 100/150 104/140,95/130, etc Cholesterol is 190. But now a days it is increasing.
