Around April 1 I started having pain from my lower left back down my leg, the pain felt like someone was pulling my muscles so tight each way, and I could barley walk, now my leg from my butt to my foot has a constant pain that stings with the back side skin is numb all the way down to my foot, the doctor only did an X ray and said it looked good but said nerve damage, but it's worse now that I went to the doctor, it hurts so much to walk or stand, can you tell me what it could be or what

Kindly visit an orthopedician or a neurosurgeon so that you can be assessed and undergo further investigation such as CT/MRI as per requirement. It is likely that one of the nerves on your body is compressed which could explain the pain over the back to the leg. You can use a back support to give you some relief. Also avoid carrying heavy weights and don't bend downwards. Improve your posture while sitting, standing and lying down. Kindly visit the orthopedician/neurosurgeon at the earliest if the condition is persistent or worsens.
Hi!
You are suffering from sciatica if the pain is along nerve from butt to foot. Cause must be a jerk or injury in Ur back by lifting heavy weight or anything which caused injury in Ur disc..Get an MRI of back done and consult a homoeopath as it's curable by homoeopathic medicines totally.
