Constant pain and bleeding

Asked for Male, 38 Years

Dear Doctor, My wife got 1 month pregnant in april and i gave her Gestarest course but after 3 tablets she stopped course at that time everything is fined but in next period she had a severe pain and bleeding we go for ultrasound and in report doctor said she have baby pieces in womb we need to clear it. So please help me easy way to clean.
