Constant oral and respirator discomfort
I've been having swollen lymph nodes, enlarged papillae at the base of my tongue, recurring painful mouth sores and slight mouth odour (foul) ..I used to be very energetic and into sports, but as of lately I get tired very fast.. I'm sixteen and a female btw with no serious records of medical issues before.

Hi. Please get it checked with a dentist clinically to rule out any infected tooth or gum infection in relation to an erupting wisdom tooth if any. Lymph nodes can be swollen in other medical conditions like tonsillitis, sinusitis, ear infections etc. Mouth ulcers can also be because of vitamin b complex deficiency too. Rule out the dental possibilities after getting a thorough dental check up done
