Constant lower back pain

I have beeb having lower back pain since past 4 days. I went to the doctor twice. He just changed the medicines and told me to go through cbc test if it doesn't get better. How cbc test is related to back pain??

What has been diagnosed to be the cause of back ache? Has any x-ray or ultrasound been done? CBC will check for infection which might be due to some intra abdominal pathology
